In my experiential lab courses, we explore a blend of sound and somatic therapies, each bringing balance to a different aspect or layer of your being. The Flow Lab is designed to help you access a heightened yet relaxed state of awareness and perception, allowing you to fully utilize and get the best out of your physical and mental faculties. You don’t have to be stressed out in order to get things done; there is an easier way, literally with more ease and better flow!
I call these courses labs because the focus is on experience and playful exploration. This is a space for observation without judgement, where you can get to know yourself in ways you may never have expected.
What originally began as one course eventually split into The Flow Lab and The Serenity Lab to allow for more specific exploration of heightened connection in Flow and more emphasis on profound relaxation in Serenity. They are designed to be accessible and adaptable so that you can come as you are and develop functional skills to suit your needs. The labs are synergistic to each other and are highly repeatable modules.
The program runs for 6 weeks per session with a tapered schedule to help you incorporate course material into your daily life in a sustainable way.

Our toolbox of skills and knowledge may include sound therapy, dance, taiji quan (tai chi), qigong, Chinese medicine philosophy, bodywork therapies, and current scholarly research.
During each weekly session, we’ll examine tools that you can integrate into your daily life. We’re looking for functional and sustainable, tailored to your individual lifestyle, so that the benefits of the course extend far beyond our sessions together. Through visceral learning and meta-skills gained through this course, you’ll learn to shift your mental and physical state towards ease and clarity, allowing you to feel and do your best every day.
Topics may include and are not limited to:
Traversing the spectrum between stillness and motion, physically and mentally
Utilizing your body as an instrument of focus
Leveraging ease and play
Identifying and evolving your personal best practices for maintaining a baseline of balance and vibrancy
Though the course is built on foundational pillars of material, no two course sessions are identical. Each person who participates brings their own special energy and set of skills and experiences, so organic development and evolution is welcomed and encouraged. Each journey is distinct and the course is highly repeatable.
This course can be done as either a private 1:1 experience or as small pods of two to four participants per 6-week course session. Sessions begin on a rolling basis as previous sessions conclude and new pods are formed.
