My experiential lab courses equip you with a variety of tools involving sound and movement, each working with a different aspect or layer of your being. What originally began as one course eventually split into The Flow Lab and The Serenity Lab to allow for deeper exploration of heightened connection in Flow and of profound relaxation in Serenity. They are designed to be accessible and adaptable so that you can come as you are and develop functional skills to suit your needs. The labs are synergistic to each other, can be taken in any order, and are repeatable modules.
The Serenity Lab is designed to hone your fluency in relaxation so that your body and mind can properly relax and restore themselves, enabling you to feel and function your best each day.
Skills and knowledge may be integrated from sound therapy, dance, taiji quan (tai chi), qigong, Chinese medicine philosophy, and current scholarly research.
During each weekly session, we’ll examine a different tool and initiate its functional integration into your daily life. With the visceral learning and meta-skills gained through this course, you’ll practice stepping into your own personal serenity sanctuary so that you can find and feel peace, whenever you choose, regardless of external circumstances.
Topics may include and are not limited to:
Leveraging the natural functions of your physical brain to calm your mind
Tuning your body as a receiving vessel or antenna
Honoring your body as your ultimate relaxation instrument
Stepping into the power of choice: relaxing when and how you want
Though the course is built on foundational pillars of material, no two course sessions are identical. Space is consciously held for organic development and evolution, making each journey distinct and the course highly repeatable.
This course can be done as either a private 1:1 experience or as small pods of three participants per 4-week course session. Sessions begin on a rolling basis as previous sessions conclude and new pods are formed.
