I will curate bespoke experiences for your team, taking into consideration your field and focus, rhythm and intensity of work, and the desired impact of the session or event.
Hello, I’m Ourah, and I’m so glad to meet you.
I teach movement and sound as tools for relaxation and increasing connection and flow. As a US board- certified Chinese medicine practitioner, I combine my training in health and wellness with my professional background in movement, sound and dance to offer effective, multi-sensory learning experiences.
I’ve been teaching taiji quan (tai chi), qigong and dance since 2011, and my teaching repertoire has since expanded to include sound therapies, mat yoga and aerial yoga. I teach small to large classes and work with private clients 1:1. I’ve been a repeat academic guest speaker as well as a corporate event facilitator for the University of Washington, and I’m an adjunct instructor for the Dance Department at Williams College. As a diagnosed neurodivergent individual with ADHD, I’ve learned how to handle my own functional challenges by using the very tools that I teach, and I'm able to recognize and support those who may be experiencing similar struggles. I’ve guided thousands of individuals to improve their sleep, relieve physical, mental and emotional stress, and establish balance, vibrance and ease as their baseline in life.
I look forward to supporting the individual and collective mental health and wellness of your team!

Workshops generally provide a concise learning experience focused on a particular topic or wellness tool. These can be scheduled during the day as a break from the workday or outside of work hours. Virtual workshops are also available to accommodate today’s hybrid work environments.

I run two “Laboratory” courses that are infinitely repeatable multi-session workshop series and which could rotate as quarterly offerings. The Flow Lab works with enhancing focus and creativity, and The Serenity Lab emphasizes relaxation and sleep quality. I’m happy to collaborate if you are in the process of establishing an ongoing wellness program for your team; consistent programs are crucial for normalizing mental health resources in the office.

Employees often appreciate the opportunity to book private therapeutic sessions at their place of work as a much needed break during the day or just after. Private sound healings and guided meditations are popular options in this format.

The longer duration and curated container of a retreat allow participants to immerse themselves fully in the learning experience. Popular retreat topics include mastering the skill of relaxation, techniques for maximizing restoration and rejuvenation, and enhancing the ability to focus while preserving a sense of ease and flow.
