Hello! I’m Ourah, and I’m so glad to meet you.

I teach relaxation and focus as refinable skills, integrating technical knowledge of fascia and the nervous system with curated somatic and sensory techniques.

As a US board-certified Chinese medicine practitioner, I transitioned from clinical practice to teaching holistic self-care and empowering individuals to steward their own wellness. I started offering taiji quan (tai chi), qigong and dance in 2011 and have since added sound therapies, mat yoga (RYT 200) and aerial yoga to my teaching repertoire.

I’m a repeat academic guest speaker and corporate event facilitator for the University of Washington and an adjunct instructor for the Dance Department at Williams College.

I empower corporate teams using sound and movement, supporting both individual and collective wellness while normalizing wellness practices in the workplace.

    Workshops provide a concise learning experience focused on a particular topic or wellness tool. These can be scheduled during the day as a break from the workday or outside of work hours for team building exercises. Virtual wand hybrid formats are available.

    • Install my Serenity Lab as a cumulative multi-session program focusing on relaxation and sleep quality

    • Alternate that quarterly with the Flow Lab to enhance focus and creativity

      Both lab courses are highly repeatable and synergistic to each other. I’m happy to collaborate if you are in the process of establishing an ongoing wellness program for your team. Consistent programming is crucial for normalizing mental health resources in the office.

    The longer duration and curated container of a retreat allow participants to immerse themselves more fully in the learning experience.
