Workplace Wellness

I bring ease and vitality to workplaces through therapeutic sound and movement, delivering transformative experiences of heightened connection, relaxation, and rejuvenating flow.

I integrate technical knowledge of fascia and the nervous system with curated somatic and sensory techniques.

As a US board-certified Chinese medicine practitioner, I transitioned from clinical practice to teaching holistic self-care in order to empower individuals to steward their own wellness. I started offering taiji quan (tai chi), qigong and dance in 2011 and have since added sound therapies, mat yoga (RYT 200) and aerial yoga to my teaching repertoire.

I’m a repeat academic guest lecturer and corporate event facilitator for the University of Washington as well as an adjunct instructor for the Dance Department at Williams College.

My offerings draw from diverse sources to deliver accessible and functional methods and knowledge. As a diagnosed “neurospicy” individual, I know firsthand the importance of meeting each person where they are. My goal is to provide experiences from which everyone can benefit, regardless of their company position, background, experience, identity, or lifestyle choices.
