We'll start with basic foot anatomy to better understand our natural architecture. Then we’ll explore simple exercises to hone alignment and activate supporting muscles that may have weakened over time (or perhaps were never recruited!).
You'll take home techniques for foot self-care and a foundational understanding of how your feet affect your entire kinetic chain. The consequences of misaligned feet can ripple up throughout the body, causing ankle, knee, hip, and back issues or even compensatory strain in the upper torso.
